In this Masterclass, Cecil will unfold the secrets of planning positive change and share with you the techniques of how to road map your personal growth and success. The two most powerful forces here on earth are time and change. Learn how to develop your personal planning tool and implement obtainable actions to achieve your goals.

A good action plan is like a “road map”, it shows you exactly where you should be and where you shouldn’t be, who you should be with and who you shouldn’t be with. Cecil will also highlight how association brings about assimilation, essentially, you are the company you keep. Many of us today are where we are because of those in our immediate circle both; positive and negative. A man once said, “show me an individual’s three closest friends and I’ll show you that individual’s destination”. During this Masterclass, we will unveil key principles of separating yourself from toxic relationships and how to forge new positive relationships.

Cecil will close, by unlocking the vault of complacency. So often, we hinder our own success by making excuses and listening to our inner voice that says; “you can’t” or “tomorrow”. We will build timelines into your personal action plans that will allow you to measure milestones as well as, develop quick wins and achieve long-term goals through accountability.

LIFE COACHING

Mentor participants by qualifying our interests to support both their professional and personal development. During our “One on One – Personal Scorecard” session, our aim is to assess the participant’s physical vibrancy and emotional wellness, demonstrating confidence and courage in the participant’s ability to become. The primary areas of focus are to (1) ensure the participant is confident in their scope of work and duties as assigned; (2) participants are treated with fairness in the workspace and are forging new collaborative relationships; and (3) to help remove any obstacles, barriers, or any unforeseen circumstances that may arise in their journey – that thing called “Life”. 

Fielder Enterprises LLC has developed an effective and efficient tool that will help measure these key areas during a “One on One – Personal Scorecard” session. The One on One – Personal Scorecard, is provided to the participant to be used as a tool to scale up those areas that maybe didn’t score as high as the participant would have desired while sustaining momentum in those key areas where the participant is excelling. We will also assist the participant in creating their “Personal Action Plan” – founded on daily performance habits. Through celebrating the development of the participant’s personal action plan, we would express eagerness to learn of their successes through goal setting in upcoming meetings and cultivate their confidence.
